Only 10 minutes from the Hobbiton Movie Set, on a beautiful feijoa orchard, our apartment is on the far end of the property, so very quiet and peaceful. It has beautiful views over the ancient Waikato river valley to the South and West, where beautiful sunsets can be admired. You will have your own private garden and terrace, leading to an outdoor hot Spa pool.

The apartment is equipped with kitchen facilities, spacious bathroom and a bedroom that can sleep two singles or a couple (King size). It is separated from the main house by a garage, so a lovely private spot where you can come and go as you please. A pull out Sofa-bed in the Lounge will sleep another couple or two young children.
