Your Luxury Cottage Apartment in KERIKERI is a good central place to explore the Bay of Islands.You are 2 miles from Kerikeri Shops and Restaurants and the Historic First Settlement Buildings, You look over the Kerikeri Inlet Waterfront and see grazing Clydesdale horses from your windows. We have a collection of Vintage horse-drawn Wagons and Carriages which are still in daily use. There is a jetty at the end of the garden for your own Kayak or just enjoy the view of moored yachts.

You can walk to the STONESTORE or beside the River to the Rainbow Falls. Boat trips round the Islands go from Paihia and there are options for Sailing , Fishing and Golf. Visit the giant Kauri Trees and the Kauri Museum where they tell the history of harvesting this timber in the 1900's.
There are four National Trust houses to visit including the WAITANGI TREATY house. Russell and Manganui are old Whaling ports quite unspoilt and interesting to drive to.
