The dwelling boasts restored features such as a polished tongue and groove timber floor, plaster and beam ceilings to a high stud height, claw foot porcelain on steel full-sized bath, dedicated breakfast room and full picture windows that open to the perfectly tended gardens and rural views. The home is decorated with luxury in mind having fresh decor, beautiful antique furniture throughout, thoughtful placement of artworks, well-appointed beds, and full kitchen with new stove and cooktop.

Amenities include a heat pump, slow combustion fire, oil heaters, bathroom heater, ceiling fan in living area as well as a heat transfer system to vent heat from lounge to the bedrooms. Farmhouse kitchen provides dishwasher, flatware, utensils, electric frypan, table and chairs, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Dedicated breakfast room provides antique sideboard, toaster, electric jug, table and chairs, additional flatware and utensils.

Included in the tariff is a Bircher muesli (or toasted if you prefer) breakfast, farmhouse style toast with New Zealand butter, conserves and marmalades, freshly ground coffee, real leaf tea and orange juice.
