About City Lights Boutique Lodge Apartment

City Lights is a luxury Boutique Bed & Breakfast. Opened in 2008 it is set in 2 acres of grounds in a quiet location half way up Mount Ngongotaha overlooking Rotorua with superb starry night skies and views over the city.
Our 2 bedroom apartment adjoins the main house. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 4 people. The main room has a lounge/kitchen/dining area with wooden floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven & hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The shower room comes complete with toiletries. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 King single beds. There is also a small laundry area with washing machine and condenser dryer. Outside there is enough parking space for 2 cars. There is a private seating area with BBQ, table & chairs & parasol and an outdoor washing line under the carport. Bedding and towels are included. Breakfast is not included as this is a self-catering unit. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk provided on arrival.
Guests are free to enjoy the views over the city from our garden at the rear of the house. There is also a hot tub, subject to availability.
We also have Oscar the cat and friendly pet alpacas who love meeting people.
Rate is for 2 people with an extra charge for additional guests.
