The Old Cow Shed. Recently converted old walk thru cow shed into one bedroom , one queen size and two single beds. Full kitchen with separate toilet, shower. Free range bacon and eggs on offer for you to cook plus cereal, toast etc. While having your morning coffee or tea, watch the cows wonder pass on their way to get milked. Great place to stay for trampers with the Tararua ranges 25 minute drive away.

If your interested in helping to milk the cows or feed the calves ( dependent on the time of year) , we can outfit you with overalls and gumboots for an extra $50 per person
