The Richmond Guest House is a lovely 19th century recently restored ten room villa less than 1 km from Courtney Place and Wellington city and is a 100% non smoking property, It is situated within a ten minute drive from the Airport , bus depot , Railway station and the Ferry terminal
We have a guests kitchen and dining room where complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate is always available, plus we have free unlimited wifi through out, a television lounge with Sky TV, and free laundry facilities. (Please note: We do not accommodate children under 18 )
