About The Landing Residences
The Landing Residence located in the picturesque Bay of Islands is set amongst a 1,000 acre property with four private Residences available for luxury accommodation as individual Residence or together for groups and corporate events.
The Landing stands on some of New Zealand’s most historically significant land and has been developed with the blessing and contribution of the local iwi (Maori tribes).
The property is steeped in history and has been developed to enhance and protect the archaeological registered sites, six private beaches, Kiwi habitat and native plants. We also have an award winning vineyard on site, the largest in Northland and we have started the construction of a winery and tasting room which will be completed early 2020.
The Bay of Islands can be explored from the private jetty in either The Landing boat Iti Rangi (up to 9 passengers) or aboard the luxury game fishing yacht Ata Rangi (up to 24 passengers). We have many activities onsite with an extensive network of walking and mountain bike tracks, kayaks, paddle boards and also conduct vineyard tours and wine tasting.
We have on onsite team to take care of our guests including chefs to deliver an amazing garden to table dining experience.
