About Lakeview Heights B&B Farmstay

Our spacious comfortable home has a choice of rooms with both Queen doubles and single beds.

'The dining room and lounge look out over the lake. There is plenty of space in the garden for eating, drinking and relaxing while you enjoy the peace and tranquility.

Keep in touch with your friends and family by checking your emails on our free WiFi.

For the cooler evenings, the lounge has a large wood burning stove to keep you warm.

There are fine views across Lake Rotorua to Mokoia Island, with the volcanic Mt Tarawera in the distance. Te Waerenga Scenic Reserve, with many native trees and ferns, provides the border to one side and farmland with herds of deer, cattle and sheep to the other.

Common visitors to our well established gardens of Camellias, Azaleas and Rhododendrons, include Tuis, Bell Birds and Wax-Eyes.

You will find plenty of apples, lemons, limes, grapefruit, mandarins and plums in the orchard area.

Our sheep, alpaca, goats, cattle and pigs are extremely friendly and can be fed by hand. The chickens will give you fresh eggs for breakfast!

And let's not forget our dogs, Tui and Bess! They love all the visitors!
