Description: The cottage is fully self contained with two seperate bedrooms, and a fold out couch in the lounge. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a double and two singles. The lounge/dining/kitchen is fully furnished, with a TV and Video/DVD combo. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, and has a toilet and hand basin. There is a washing machine in the carport, with an outside clothesline. All linen is supplied, you just need to bring your food.
Although the Cottage is totally seperate from the main house, both are on a six acre small holding where we breed saddleback pigs, milk two housecows, and have an array of different animals. Our guests are invited to assist with the feeding of the animals, and milking the cows.

Fully self-contained house that sleeps 8, you just need to bring your food. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one bedroom has 2 single beds and then an office off the lounge has a single bed, no door. Tuck Inn has a separate shower and then a shower over the bath in bathroom. Separate toilet. Linen is provided. No pets or smoking allowed.
A great family retreat, girls getaway, getting together to relive old times. Relax at the outdoor table and chairs sipping on a glass of wine and share many exciting moments.
Experience farm life watching the cows get milked or use of our maps to stroll over the farm and seeing a dairy farm in action. Thermal swimming pools only 15 minutes away, 40 minutes north of Taupo, 1 hour from the beach and 90 minutes from the snow. 25 minutes away from Rotorua which offers great tourist attractions.
