Directions: We are 2.4kms off State Highway 2 on Te Matai Road. Travelling north we are 1km from Waitangi; travelling south we are 1km from the Te Puke township.

Aotea Villa is in the heart of the vibrant Bay of Plenty, 45 minutes from Rotorua & Whakatane and 25 minutes from Tauranga & Mount Maunganui. An ideal centre from which to explore the exciting tourist attractions of the Bay of Plenty. Our accommodation is smoke-free and offers peace and tranqulity to the discerning traveller. Guests have access to laundry facilities and a dryer.We have wireless internet and fax facilities. We have a games room with a pool table and dart board and our pool and spa operates from late October to April. The Villa has a private guest lounge with TV. Local attractions include TECH All-Terrain Park, Kiwi 360, Spring Loaded Fun Park, Comvita Visitor Centre, Otanewainuku Forest Park and our stunning Bay of Plenty beaches.
