Aultmore Country Cottage

Set in a secluded riverside location just 20 minutes from Taupo town centre, Aultmore Country Cottage is a fully equipped self catering cottage. It has a bedroom with queen bed, ensuite shower & toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size range, microwave & fridge/freezer. The open plan living room has TV, DVD & video players. There is also a single bed here. Heating is electric & gas with electric blankets on the beds. All linen included.

Aultmore makes a wonderful base for exploring the geothermal wonders of the region, which are all nearby.

The river is safe for swimming and is surprisingly warm. There is a lovely river lido just at the bottom of the garden. Fishing is excellent and available all year round.

Our 4 cats live here with us so we do not accept guest pets and, sorry, but no children either as we have a number of ponds, streams and other water features in our gardens, plus the river.
