Totara Valley Farmstay

Enjoy our luxury, self-contained appartment, tastefully decorated with accommodation for up to 6 persons. Situated in a peaceful location in the Bay of Islands countryside, Totara Valley Farmstay has two Queen bedrooms and one twin, with sweeping views over our 900 acre farm.

Only 20 minutes drive away is Paihia and the Bay of Islands with all that is offered there. Kerikeri is 15 minutes drive North and we are an easy distance to meet buses for a wonderful day trip North to Cape Reinga - the top of New Zealand. An hour's drive to the west and there are the majestic Kauri Trees and spectacular sand bars at the entrance to the Hokianga Harbour.We are very happy to organise fishing trips out in the Bay of Islands - deepsea or line fishing. One of Don's favourite hobbies is marling fishing, another is golf - there are 4 golf courses within 15 minutes drive.

We welcome you to join with us on any farming activities that are going on at the time of your stay and we also invite you to join with us in the Homestead for evening meals. As an alternative, there are many varied restaurants in Kerikeri and Paihia or enjoy the facilities in the appartment.

"Green Patch" is large and spacious and very private with a private entrance. There is television, Skye, DVD and sterio and internet connection. Laundry facilities are in the Homestead and are available for your use.
