Angie's rural retreat

Right, so we’ve got a newly rebuild studio available. We thought we would have lots of friends and family staying wit us. 3 years down the track our lovely sleepout has been more empty than not.

So we are opening our doors now to all friendly people. We are thinking more short term to about 2 months, but everything is pretty flexible. As we have set it up for our family, it has all we could think of and afford at the time with fully set up kitchen, microwave, 4 element gas hob, range hood, small grill, toaster, jug, plunger, pots, glasses, plates, cutlery, fridge etc.
Bathroom shower with gas heated water, toilet, basin, heated towel rack, heating light, fan and hair-dryer. 1 bedroom with very comfy queen size bed, electric blanket, built in wardrobe. Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clothe drying racks. Open lounge area with sofa and bunk beds, TV, DVD, wifi, radio (optional port-a-cot). Table and 4 chairs. Electric heating. Big covered deck and wood BBQ outside to share. Off street parking and space in the paddock for a horse or two.
Includes linen, power, gas, internet, and weekly cleaning if you stay with us for a while

1. night $120 (for 2)
2. night + $ 90 per night (for 2)

week $400 (for 2)

$20/night/additional person, $10/night for port-a-cot

Breakfast supplies can be arranged at additional cost
