The perfect place to experience a genuine farmstay and friendly rural hospitality at Annies Cottage. Fully self contained, Annies cottage is your home away from home.
All guests experience a guided farm tour , fish in our trout local private stretch of river, take a swim in our large cool pool at the homestead or just unwind at our recently renovated Annies Cottage cottage.
We offer our guests the opportunity to explore the farm at leisure with several different walks, great photo apportunitities with the farm animals or if possible join in on the activities of the day.
Annies Cottage is a totally relaxing experience and a must for anyone wanting to get off the beaten track and see rural New Zealand at its best.
Meals can be provided by prior arrangement. Usually local produce and meats are prepared for guests to have either at the homestead of self-serve at the cottage.
We suggest guests stay a minimum of two nights to get the full appreciation of what we can offer you at Waiwhenua.
Come and join us at any time of the year. There is always plenty going on on the farm.
