Directions: Travel out on Tuhikaramea road, from the city, we are past the Morman Temple at Temple view, cross the cross roads and keep coming out, 1 1/2 Klms

We are a working sheep and cattle farm, and also home of New Zealands largest and oldest Appaloosa Horse Stud.
We are within 1- 1/2 kms of the city boundry on the south west side.
Takes 12 minutes to get to the centre of the city. Not far from the stadium, and also the V8 race course.
Enjoy our home, our company, and relax. Or help with feeding out to the cattle and horses in the mornings.
We do have two cats in our home, and two working dogs outside.
We currently have accommodation for:
* Queen bed with ensuite
* Queen bed with share bathroom
* Twin beds with share bathroom
Childrens price is negotiated. We do have a portacot here!
Evening meals can be provided if required.
The house has 360 degree views and looks at Mt. Pirongia, and on a clear day can see the mountains in the Tongariro National Park.
