TripAdvisor

Set in the rolling green splendour of Coatesville Valley is Camperdown. This stunning Tudor- style home, and small working farm with sheep and cows has been offering the warmest of welcomes for over 10years. Camperdown is at the end of a long drive, off the Coatesville Highway so you are assured of a peaceful night. You wouldn’t know that you are just 20 minutes from Auckland City, less from the bustling shopping centre of Albany.
Our guest accommodation area is the upper level of our home with views over the gardens to the surrounding hills. All rooms are generous and cosy, offering many additional home comforts. There are 4 bedrooms, with various combinations.(King, queen or twin) private bathrooms. A guest lounge has T.V/sky, stereo, tea and coffee making facilities.
Stroll in our beautiful garden, down to a hideaway stream flowing through native rain forest to a small lake or come and meet some of the animals.
Camperdown is an excellent base from which to discover some of the history and activities of the North Island. Discover vineyards, wine tasting, boutiques, Muriwai beach and Gannet colony, Waitakere ranges, horse riding and bush walking are all nearby.
However you choose to spend your day, returning to Camperdown to a pre-arranged evening meal, a barbeque, or dinner at one of the local recommended restaurants, you will be rewarded with a great nights sleep and wake up to the sound of birds, a hearty breakfast with delicious home made jams, and local fruits
